USE OF THIS SITE
All care and attention has been taken to ensure that the information contained on this site is correct. The results given on this online assessment do not guarantee a successful visa or nationality application and should be taken only as an indication of entitlement. A full assessment can be made by a consultant at a later date. Without a signed Client Care Letter, we do not owe you a duty of care as to the accuracy of the data.
A profile - protected by a password set by you - will be created that will contain the data that you supply. This will enable you to return to your record and update your details. It will also allow immigration updates to be sent to you when your nationality rights or your visa solutions change.
YOUR DATA
Your data will be held by WhatPassport.com and its group companies (1st Contact Visas, Philip Gamble & Partners and Sable International). We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal data. All information supplied by you will be used and protected by us in accordance with current UK data protection law and this Privacy Policy.
Your data will form part of our standard email and text alerts programs designed to keep you informed about progress on your case, changes in the law that affect your immigration or nationality rights, and developments within the immigration industry that may be of interest to you.
To enable us to discharge the services agreed under this engagement, and for other related purposes including updating and enhancing client records, analysis for management purposes and statutory returns, crime prevention and legal and regulatory compliance, we may obtain, use, process and disclose personal data about you. You have a right of access, under data protection legislation, to the personal data that we hold about you. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018, the Data Controller in relation to personal data supplied about you is Gary Kockott.
We may disclose your personal data to any member of our group of companies (our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as we believe that their respective services will be pertinent to you. Your information will not and never be sold or passed on to third parties.
CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy will be reviewed and enhanced from time to time and you should check this page regularly to see our most up-to-date policy. If necessary, we will inform you and obtain your consent about any significant changes to the policy.
We and our other group companies have offices and facilities in South Africa and Australia. The European Commission has made an "adequacy decision" with respect to the data protection laws of each of these countries. Transfers to each of these countries will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely the use of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.
