United Kingdom - Passport & Nationality - British Protected Person (BPP) - Kenya Stateless
This solution is available where an applicant:
- was born in Kenya after 31 December 1982; AND
- both parents held the British Protected Persson (BPP) status when the child was born.
The child was born stateless (i.e. without nationality) and it is possible to register the child on the basis of the parents' British Protected Person (BPP) status.
