United Kingdom - Passport & Nationality - Non-Arabian Ancestry in Yemen
Those persons who are not considered of Arab ancestry cannot obtain citizenship, and hold a passport, of the Yemen. Because of Britain's influence in the Yemen - the port of Aden was a Colony and the remainder of the territory was a British Protectorate, both up until 29.11.1967 - it is possible that people whose parents and grandparents were born in territories outside of the Arabian peninsula have old Colonial claims to British Nationality.
